Well, almost a year to the day after the first snow storm of our hellacious winter last year, we have our first snow storm of this year…and it’s not even really winter yet.
We woke up this morning to about four inches of snow covering the ground and our cars. I went out to shovel the snow from around the cars and clean them off, and Monica came out to shovel the sidewalk. I can’t believe I’m doing that again. I had enough shoveling last winter to last me a lifetime.
But it is very pretty. Really makes it feel like the holidays.
Unfortunately, I have to work (as does Monica). It’s a mix of rain and sleet right now, and there’s more snow expected this afternoon through tomorrow. I’ll try to take some pictures later and post them.
